Cooking Trial

Maybe I should have thoroughly read the cooking instructions before sending David out at 7:00 to buy the stuff needed for the Baked Spaghetti. If I had done so, I would have seen that it takes over 2 hours to actually prepare the meal. I didn't discover this until David came back around 8:00. Needless to say, I shaved about 45 minutes off by cooking the sauce a bit faster than recommended. It was a big hassle, but the food turned out well. We even found ways to make it better (adding mushrooms and other items). I must say that I was very proud of our first attempt at cooking out of a cookbook.
